Hello Everyone,
My eyes have been feeling more tired and strained lately, especially after spending the entire day in front of my computer screen. Long stretches of screen time are a part of my job, and I think that's making me uneasy. My eyes get dry by the evening, and occasionally I even get a little headache. If I don't act right away, I'm afraid this could result in more severe eye problems.
Although I've been reading about digital eye fatigue and eye strain, I'm wondering if anyone here has encountered comparable symptoms. Which practices, routines, or items have aided in the management or avoidance of these problems? I've heard recommendations like adjusting screen brightness and the 20-20-20 rule, which states that you should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes, but I'm curious if there are any other strategies that have worked well.
I'd also appreciate some suggestions for helpful eye drops or supplements. Blue light glasses and other eye supplements have been mentioned a few times, but I'm not sure which are actually beneficial and secure. I would be interested in hearing about any trustworthy products or natural remedies that have been effective for you.
Lastly, do you have any particular eye exercises or practices that you incorporate into your daily routine that have a significant impact?
Thanks in advance for your help and support.
Regards
